Michel Waanders

The journey starts when we approached Dominique to join our Esports Non-Profit as head of design. She never hesitated and immediately jumped on board and join the enthusiastic and ambitious team. She made sure to lead a team of first and second-year design students from the studies of Media and Entertainment Management, Graphical design, and Communication & Multimedia Design. She designed together with them and our advisor Milan Borota the book of standards. This set the foundation for all other design projects that would run through the coming years and are still ongoing. Her team manufactured prepress-ready designs that were then turned into real products for us such as mousemats and Jerseys. Their designs were important for us to make us stand out in the esports landscape, and give us a reliable stream of income that made sure Northern Lions would exist for many more years to come. We owe Dominique a great deal and so do all students and kids that have played in our nonprofit training facility over the years. Dominique grew a lot from this experience but she did more for us then we can ever repay so all we can say is: HIRE HER!
