I have designed a new electronic learning environment (ELE) for crisis management for the Veiligheidsregio Fryslân (VRF). The ELE platform is designed for tablet use, but can also be accessed from a computer.
The platform is based on multiple studies on electronic learning environments, information retention, and user-friendliness. The prototype has also been repeatedly tested and improved.
